Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from KALLCOR. We want every order to arrive safely, accurately, and in satisfactory condition. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, replacements, refunds, and order-related claims may be accepted for products purchased through kallcor.com.

Return Eligibility

Because KALLCOR products are research materials and may be sensitive to handling, storage, contamination, and other environmental factors, returns are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. A return or replacement may be considered when:

• The wrong product was shipped
• The order contains an incorrect quantity
• The product arrived damaged
• The package arrived visibly damaged
• The product is defective or materially different from what was ordered
• There is another verified fulfillment issue caused by KALLCOR

All return or replacement requests are reviewed individually and must satisfy the requirements of this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong product, please contact KALLCOR before returning anything. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, we may request:

• Your order number
• Your name and contact information
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the shipping package
• Photographs of the product and packaging
• Other information reasonably necessary to verify the claim

Please do not discard damaged packaging or products until KALLCOR has reviewed your claim and provided further instructions.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of research materials, certain products may not be eligible for return once delivered. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened
• Products that have been used or altered
• Products that have been contaminated
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Products returned outside the applicable return timeframe
• Products purchased for an unauthorized or prohibited purpose
• Products that cannot reasonably be resold or verified after return

Non-Returnable Situations

A refund or replacement may not be available when an issue results from circumstances outside KALLCOR’s reasonable control, including:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Failure to receive or accept a delivery
• Improper handling after delivery
• Improper storage after delivery
• Customer-caused damage
• Unauthorized modification or use
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customs or regulatory restrictions
• Weather or other events outside our reasonable control

Refund Eligibility

If KALLCOR determines that a refund is appropriate, the refund amount will generally correspond to the eligible amount paid for the affected product or order. Refunds may be considered for situations including:

• Verified fulfillment errors
• Verified damaged products
• Verified defective products
• Orders canceled by KALLCOR
• Other situations approved by KALLCOR

Refund eligibility is subject to review and may vary depending on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, KALLCOR will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method or payment provider. The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution. KALLCOR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions after a refund has been properly initiated.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Because blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed once confirmed, an approved refund for an order paid by cryptocurrency or another digital asset cannot be returned directly to the original transaction. Instead, KALLCOR will issue the approved refund as store credit, or send the equivalent value to a wallet address provided by the customer, at KALLCOR’s discretion. Network/gas fees and any exchange-rate difference between the time of purchase and the time of refund are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact KALLCOR as soon as possible after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to the applicable return provisions of this policy.

Shipping Costs

If KALLCOR determines that an incorrect shipment, qualifying damage, or verified fulfillment error was caused by KALLCOR, we may provide appropriate return shipping instructions or cover eligible return shipping costs. If a return is requested for a reason that is not attributable to KALLCOR, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping costs. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by KALLCOR.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, replacement, or refund, contact KALLCOR using the contact information below. Please include the following information in your request:

• Full name
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Description of the issue
• Photos or other supporting documentation when applicable

Refunds for Orders We Cannot Fulfill

KALLCOR reserves the right to cancel an order when fulfillment is not reasonably possible due to circumstances including product availability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. If KALLCOR cancels an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

Fraud & Abuse

KALLCOR reserves the right to investigate return and refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or inconsistent with the purchase history or circumstances of an order. We may refuse a refund or replacement where we reasonably determine that a request involves fraud, intentional damage, false information, unauthorized use, or abuse of this policy, subject to applicable law.

KALLCOR may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, procedures, or applicable laws. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage customers to review this policy before placing an order.
