purposes where applicable.
KALLCOR does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment,
or recommendations regarding the use of its products.
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product
is appropriate for their intended lawful research purpose and for
complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional
requirements.

Buyer Qualification & Certification
By creating an account, placing an order, or submitting payment, you represent and warrant that your purchase is for a lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purpose, that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, store, and handle the products in your jurisdiction, and that you possess the appropriate knowledge, training, facilities, or supervision necessary for safe and lawful handling. At checkout, you will be asked to affirmatively confirm this certification before your order can be submitted. KALLCOR may request additional information — such as intended research use, professional or institutional affiliation, or applicable licensing — before accepting or fulfilling an order, and may refuse, cancel, suspend, or delay an order or account if this information is not provided or raises reasonable concerns regarding prohibited use.

Certificates of Analysis
KALLCOR may provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs), chromatograms, or other testing information for certain products or batches. This information describes the specific sample or batch identified in the applicable report and should not be interpreted as approval for human or animal use. Analytical results may be produced by independent third-party laboratories. KALLCOR does not control the analytical methods, equipment, or procedures used by independent laboratories, and nothing contained in a COA changes a product’s designated Research Use Only status.

Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order through KALLCOR does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Shipping restrictions
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Legal or regulatory requirements

Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on KALLCOR are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including errors caused by technical issues, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product information. Payment must be successfully authorized or completed before an order is processed unless otherwise stated by KALLCOR. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and policies. Cryptocurrency and Digital-Asset Payments. Where cryptocurrency or digital-asset payment options are offered, you are responsible for verifying the destination address, network, asset, and amount before submitting a transaction. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed once confirmed, and KALLCOR is not responsible for digital assets sent to an incorrect address or network due to information you entered. Third-party crypto payment or conversion providers may apply their own fees, verification requirements, and terms.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. KALLCOR is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Carrier delays
- Weather or natural events
- Government restrictions
- Customs or regulatory delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control

shipment, possession, and use of products are lawful in their

Returns & Refunds

You may not remove, obscure, or alter product labels, warnings, lot or batch numbers, Certificates of Analysis, or other product-identifying information. KALLCOR’s name, trademarks, product photographs, and analytical results may not be used in connection with unauthorized resale or redistribution. Violations may result in cancellation of orders, termination of accounts, and denial of future sales.

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that improper handling, storage, administration, consumption, resale, relabeling, repackaging, or disposal of research materials may result in contamination, adverse effects, property damage, regulatory violations, serious injury, illness, or death. You assume responsibility for risks resulting from your unlawful use, misuse, improper storage or handling, unauthorized transfer, improper disposal, or administration of products. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Taxes
